### How much does a WordPress fix cost?

Starting prices are in the list above. We name the exact price once we see the task and fix it before work starts. Tasks that are not on the list are billed by the hour.

### How fast will it be done?

Small fixes within 24 hours. For bigger tasks we name the deadline together with the price, before we start.

### What access do you need?

Usually a WordPress admin account is enough. For code changes, speed work or a migration we also need hosting access (SFTP or the control panel) and the database. You can change the passwords when we are done.

### Which themes and page builders do you work with?

Any: Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, Divi, bought themes and custom-built ones. Any plugins too, including WooCommerce.

### What if something breaks?

We back up the site before every change. If something works differently afterwards, we restore the working version and fix the problem.

### Can you do an urgent fix?

Yes. Write in Telegram or WhatsApp, mark it as urgent and describe what happened. We reply with when we can start, and the first goal is to get the site working again.

### Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes: updates, backups and edits as they come up. Terms and price are agreed separately.
